Collection - Collection can be made at our shop. You will receive a follow up text to confirm when the item is ready for collection.
Standard Delivery - £5.99 - Standard Delivery will take 2 days from the order day.
FREE DELIVERY - Free Delivery is only available in conjunction with Standard Delivery and would require £150 minimum spend
CLOTHING - Clothing will not be available under the usual delivery timings, but you will be advised of timings and will be a part of the journey
Return & Exchange Policy - We want you to shop with confidence at The Cricket Shack. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be hassle-free, making it simple for you to return or exchange items.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with no use.
FAULTY EQUIPMENT - If any item should fail, then it will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Unfortunately The Cricket Shack cannot instantly replace any item without manufacturers confirmation.
